General Policies

We normally ship within 2 days from the time your order is received. Balloon Bouquet Orders only ship with Local Shipping option and to the following zip codes: 95201, 95202, 95203, 95204, 95205, 95206, 95207, 95209, 95210, 95211, 95212, 95219, 95215

Shipping Policies

We offer the following shipping methods and delivery times:

Standard: USPS Priority Mail, 2-4 days, Uninflated Balloons

from $40.00 to 99.99	$19.05
from $100.00 to 249.99	$24.65
$250.00 and more	quote

      

• For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico an additional $2.00 freight surcharge per order will be added to the above charges.
• We presently cannot accept orders for shipment outside of the United States.

 

Taxes

We collect a CA state sales tax at 9%.

Return Policies

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization and must be made within 30 days of purchase. Having no control over the use of products we distribute, we assume no liability connected with their use.
